Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small art business! Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure your artwork and products arrive safely and in great condition.

Shipping Methods & Costs

I currently ship within the United States using standard domestic shipping services. Shipping costs are based on the size and packaging required for your order:

• Small Bubble Mailer: Approximately $6

• Large Bubble Mailer: Approximately $10

• Box for original art (when required): Approximately $20-$30

• Orders of $50 or more (not applicable to original art): FREE domestic shipping

The appropriate shipping method and packaging will be selected based on the size and contents of your order. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Packaging

Orders are packaged with care using protective materials appropriate for the items purchased. Some items may be shipped in padded bubble mailers, while larger or more delicate orders may require additional protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit.

Whenever possible, multiple items purchased in the same order will be packaged and shipped together.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 days of the date of order. Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of my control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. I am not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so I can work with you to make it right.

Free domestic shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders of $50 or more (excluding original art).

Care Instructions

While each original piece will come varnished, it is always recommended you display the piece away from direct sunlight and avoid exposure to excessive moisture or humidity.

Please Note

Because colors can appear differently from one screen to another, the colors of your physical print may vary slightly from what you see on your device.

ART PRINTS

Bring a little more color and original art into your space by purchasing one of these beautiful coastal themed art prints! Each art print is created from one of my original works of art and is printed on beautiful 60–80 lb. luster photo paper, giving the artwork a smooth finish with vibrant color and subtle sheen.

Available Sizes

Prints are listed according to their finished matted size, making it easy to choose a standard-size frame:

• 5" × 7" Matted Print — includes a 4" × 6" art print

• 8" × 10" Matted Print — includes a 5" × 7" art print

• 11" × 14" Matted Print — includes an 8" × 10" art print

• 8” x 8” Matted Print - includes a 6” x 6” art print

• 12” x 12” Matted Print - includes a 8” x 8” art print

What's Included

Every print arrives:

• Professionally presented in a white mat

• Mounted with a protective backboard

• Enclosed in a clear cellophane sleeve

• Ready to place into a standard-size frame

Frame is not included.

Care Instructions

For the longest-lasting color and quality, display your print away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause printed colors to fade over time.

Keep your print protected behind glass or acrylic once framed and avoid exposure to excessive moisture or humidity.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Because I am a small business and many of my products feature my original artwork, I try to keep returns and exchanges simple while also minimizing unnecessary shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I am happy to work with you to find a reasonable solution.

For items that arrive as described and undamaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused and in their original condition, otherwise a refund may not be possible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact me before mailing anything back, as a return may not always be necessary.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the damage

• A photo of the damaged item

• A photo of the shipping packaging

You will not be required to ship a damaged item back unless specifically requested.

Depending on the item and availability, I may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution. If a return is required because the item arrived damaged, I will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an undamaged item for a different item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping and additional shipping costs.

Whenever possible, I am happy to find a simpler solution that avoids unnecessary shipping.

Original & Custom Artwork

Because original artwork and commissioned/custom pieces are unique, these purchases are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged or there was an error with your order. Please contact me within 7 days if you have any issues wiht your order to include damage.
